Contra Costa LAFCO will hold a public hearing on January 22, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. The hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors chambers at 1025 Escobar St., 1st floor in Martinez. The purpose of the hearing is to receive written protests regarding annexation of Rodeo Hercules Fire Protection District (RHFPD) to Contra Costa County Fire Protection District (CCCFPD), dissolution of RHFPD, and related actions under the California Environmental Quality Act. The protest hearing will be conducted by the LAFCO Executive Officer as authorized by the Commission and LAFCO law.
